C2 Consulting uses privacy-first website analytics to understand aggregate traffic and improve the site.
Website analytics
Where enabled, PostHog records cookieless website activity such as page paths, referring sites, browser and device category, CTA selections, and aggregate performance signals. URL query strings and fragments are removed before events are sent. It does not receive names, email addresses, company information, enquiry text, or contact-form contents.
Analytics events are sent to PostHog's United States endpoint. Persistent cookies, local storage, session replay, surveys, experiments, automatic capture, and person profiles are disabled.
Contact enquiries
When you submit the contact form, the details you provide are sent to HubSpot so C2 Consulting can record, review, and respond to the enquiry. This includes your name, email address, company or organisation, the information in your enquiry, and the service, timing, engagement, referral, and campaign details you choose to provide.
The form also records the initial landing page where available, form page, referring website origin, and UTM campaign parameters where available. Formspree receives the same submission as a secondary email notification. These details are used only to manage and respond to your enquiry.
